Any of the Fine Art proposed can be purchased in full and delivered immediately.
100% payment of the Purchase Price is payable on order.
SUPERLUXE & Partners also offers Fine Art on a Rent-Only or Rent-to-Own basis.
Art rental offers the client the opportunity to present contemporary fine art to viewers of the property on a short to medium term period, offering flexible access to artwork without the financial commitment of full purchase.
Rent-Only can be for a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 6 months. Art is delivered and insured whilst at the clients location, and we invoice quarterly in advance. After 3 months, Villa Cambray can cancel and we will collect the art. Otherwise, the rental will continue for a further three months.
All Fine Art from SUPERLUXE & Partners is Tamper-proof DNA Tagged, Blockchain Provenance Certified and comes with a signed and numbered Artist’s Certificate of Authenticity.
